A statement I wrote in response to the November 2020 lockdown measures in Vancouver, published on all social media channels to notify our members.

Hi folks, due to today's developments in the province by Dr. Bonnie Henry, we will be suspending in-person jams and events until further notice to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. 

❌ Cancelled events include:

• Wed Nov. 18 - Casual Jam

• Thurs Nov. 19 - Showcase and performances

• Tues Nov. 24 - How To: Show Tunes (Genre Night #2), specifically the in-person jam component 

✔ On a more positive note, we'd like to direct you to activities that are still running virtually for members:

• Project: E-Jam (submissions deadline extended to Nov. 22), see post in Members Lounge for more info

• Tues Nov. 24 - How To: Show Tunes (tips and infographic components)

• Sat Nov. 28 evening - Jazz The Halls holiday Zoom social, save the date! An event page should be up in the coming weeks.

• Any other miscellaneous game nights, memes and shenanigans organized in the Members Lounge!
